House ML+M+R

The original building dates back to the 1960s and since then has undergone external and other substantial internal modifications. The project envisages the expansion and the re-decomposition of all four facades even without altering the existing shape of the building except for the south side. The house is builded as "sustainable" house: design choices are oriented towards wood prefabrication technology to ensure high standards of living comfort and energy saving.
